What to include in your message
- Employers: the destination country, the role, the number of workers, the monthly wage you can pay and the expected start date.
- Candidates: passport details, age, qualification, and the destination you are targeting.
- Anyone checking us: our Department of Foreign Employment licence number 1481/074/75, which is verifiable with the Department of Foreign Employment in Kathmandu.
What happens after you contact us
- A recruitment officer reads your message and replies on WhatsApp or email, usually the same working day.
- If you are an employer, we send you the wage benchmarks we hold for that destination and confirm whether we can source the role.
- If you are a candidate, we confirm which live vacancies match your profile before anything else happens, and we tell you the interview date in writing.
- If you are an employer, we price the demand against the published wage, raise the demand letter, and take it to the Department of Foreign Employment for attestation.

Questions we are asked most
How do I check that you are a licensed agency?
Ask for the Department of Foreign Employment licence number before anything else. Ours is 1481/074/75 and it is verifiable with the Department in Kathmandu, and it is valid until 2027. An agency that cannot give you a licence number, or that asks you to pay a candidate fee, is not one you should be working with.
Who pays the recruitment cost?
The employer does, and that includes the agency fee, the permit, the visa, travel, the medical and the insurance. A candidate should never be charged for a job, and any deduction the employer declares in the demand letter has to be disclosed in advance and shown in the contract.
How long does it take from a demand to departure?
Allow three to six weeks for the Gulf and Europe, and longer for routes that need a skills assessment or a medical before the permit can be issued. The part that is usually slowest is not the permit, it is getting the demand letter signed by the right person at your company and the medical and police clearance completed for each candidate.
Can you tell me the wage before I raise a demand?
Yes, and we will tell you honestly if the wage will not hold a worker. We publish the approved feed with the wage, the employer and the quota on every lot, so we can price your role against the same figures a competitor is looking at. If the market will not support the wage you have in mind, we would rather say so on the first call than after the demand is lodged.
What happens to a candidate who is not placed?
The vacancy stays open on the feed and the candidate goes back into the shortlist for the next matching lot. Nothing is owed and nothing is charged at any point by us.
Which destinations are you currently supplying?
The live board shows every approved vacancy we hold, by destination and with the wage on each lot. The Gulf and Malaysia carry the volume, Cyprus and Europe are growing corridors, and Jordan and Japan are smaller and higher skill. We only send workers against a demand that has been attested.
