01. Demand Letter Attestation ( 1-3 Days)

These required documents—Demand Letter, Annual Quota, Power of Attorney, Sample Employment Contract, Letter of Guarantee, Inter Party Agreement, and any other relevant documents—should be processed at the nearest Nepalese embassy.


02. Selection ( 1-3 Days )

Candidates are selected from a existing database, interviewed, documents are verified, police clearance is obtained, additional training is provided if needed, and a medical check is conducted.


03. Work Permit ( 45 - 90 Days )

Provided by the Immigration Authority of the country where the candidate will be working, with a cost of 300 Euro per candidate.


04. Visa Processing ( 15 - 90 Days )

VFS provides visa appointment and processing services at a cost of 200 Euros per candidate.


05. Legalization ( 1- 3 Days )

This includes visa appointment and processing by VFS, labor department permit processing, insurance, and social welfare, with a total cost of up to 80 Euros.


06. Mobilization (1-3 Days )

Ticketing is handled by the hiring party as per Nepal's foreign employment policy.
