Send us the demand and we take it from there. You give us the destination, the role, the number of workers, the monthly wage and the contract length. We price it against the approved feed, draft the demand letter, and take it to the Department of Foreign Employment for attestation. Everything the destination country asks for - the work permit, the medical, the police clearance, the pre-departure orientation - is handled from the same office in Kathmandu.
The employer carries the cost. The recruitment fee, the permit, the visa, the travel, the medical and the insurance are all charged to the employer, and a candidate is never charged a fee for a job. Where a role is scarce we will say so before you commit, and where the published wage will not hold a worker we will tell you what it will take.
