Post a Job Demand

Post your manpower demand. Fill this in once and our recruitment desk will come back to you with screened candidates. Our fee is US$200 per worker, and it is invoiced only after the worker is deployed. Candidates are never charged a fee.

1. About your company

2. The job

3. Pay, benefits and the worker's cost

TOTAL amount payable by the worker *

Enter the total your selected worker will pay to anyone for this job — your own fee, any agent fee, visa cost, medical, training or airfare that the worker bears. Write 0 if the worker pays nothing.

Nepal does not permit charging the worker for UAE or Malaysia recruitment (zero-cost agreements), and other destinations are capped by government notice. Demands that put an unlawful cost on the worker cannot be accepted, and an agency that collects one breaks the law. Put the cost on the employer side where it belongs.

4. Attach your demand letter

Upload the job order / demand letter or visa authorisation. PDF, Word, or a clear photo of the signed page. Maximum 8 MB.

No document ready? Send the form anyway — a coordinator will ask for it. The letter is what lets us verify the terms and start sourcing sooner. Everything you upload stays private and is only used to process your demand.

We review every demand before it is shown anywhere on this site.

What happens to your demand

A demand cannot be attested on its own. The Department of Foreign Employment in Nepal approves a demand only when there is a real employer behind it, a stated wage, a stated headcount and a stated contract duration, and only against a demand that has been signed by an authorised signatory. That is why the process starts with a demand letter rather than a phone call, and why we ask for company documents before we price anything.

  1. You send the demand and your company details. We check the wage against the live feed and tell you honestly whether the role is fillable at that number.
  2. We raise the demand letter and you sign it on the company letterhead.
  3. The demand is lodged with the Department of Foreign Employment and attested. This is the step that makes the permit possible.
  4. The work permit and the destination country permit are applied for against the approved demand.
  5. Candidates are screened, medically examined and police cleared, and complete the pre-departure orientation in Kathmandu.
